The Old Firm Join Twelveby12 in Style!

The Celtic Player Issue Shirt which I started getting signed on Wednesday night has now been finished and will be online this weekend.  It’s an awesome item, as you can see, and is now signed by a whole range of current players and legends, including Lisbon Lions McNeill, Auld, Lennox and Chalmers as well as Dixie Deans.  Current players and management include Brown, Lennon, Hooper, McCourt, Commons and Forster.  I got some other goodies signed today as well at Celtic Park, but I will save them for another day.

There’s Gary Hooper posing with the shirt on Wednesday night after he had added his own signature to it (top centre, between the badge and the Nike tick)

Visiting today were Hibs, and I am delighted to add midfielder Paul Cairney (formerly of my own team PTFC) to the list of those who have agreed to donate boots for auction this season 🙂  Thanks Paul!

Prior to being at Celtic today I had taken a trip to Rangers training ground, to see which of the team I could get to sign items.  Among those items signed for auction was this awesome multi signed birthday card from the squad, as seen modelled by current top scorer Andy Little and club legend and manager Ally McCoist.

There’s Super Ally himself, left, after signing for the auctions, and Andy below after he added his signature.

Other items signed today at Rangers included gloves signed by goalie coach Jim Stewart who in his career turned out for Rangers, Kilmarnock, St Mirren, Middlesbrough and Scotland.

Jim was kind enough to pose for a snap with a signed glove for me, even it is upside down 😀

Rangers goalie Scott Gallacher has also kindly agreed to donate a pair of his gloves for auction this season.

Thanks to the guys at Rangers and Celtic today for signing for the auctions, it’s ALWAYS appreciated.
