Race 3 – EMF 10k, Edinburgh
Another tough run today in the unseasonable warmth, as I completed the EMF 10k in Edinburgh this morning. With it being my second 10k in 36 hours, I wasn’t sure how I would hold up time wise, but clocked a respectable 70.18
The race brought back vivid memories of the Great Winter Run in January, with the heavy climb up the side of Arthur’s Seat dominating the opening 2km, with the knowledge that it was followed by a further 8km always in the back of the mind. Let’s say the weather was more suited to the climb back in January.
Anyways, off to Laaaaaaaaaaaaandon Town for the BUPA London 10000. Report to follow tomorrow.
